The Victorian complex assesses a $35 parking/facility fee per stay. This fee is separate and will be paid directly to the complex upon check-in. You will receive your parking pass and pool wristbands at check-in. This Host asks that you confirm your identity, you'll need to submit a photo of your government ID, When you confirm the pre-approval letter. This could be a valid driver's license, or identity card, before you are approved to stay. The responsible person must be at least 25 years old to rent.
