GUEST RULES: Paid Parking in gated parking lot. The cost for one week $35.00 and two weeks is $70.00 Some owners live in their condos full-time while others rent them out to guests. Please be courteous and respectful to owners and their guests. Our on-site security officers are available if they're needed. SUPPLIES We only provide starter package. We provide two rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels and a sponge. We also provide dish soap, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. SMOKING and ANIMALS Two other very important things to note as well: we cannot allow smoking in or near the condo and we're not able to accommodate pets of any kind. Please read all rules: *Service animals must be certified, animal will need to be leashed at all times and be with the owner at all times. *Do not clean any type of fish in the condo. *Give accurate number of guest staying in condo. Guest need to be 21 to book. *Absolutely No smoking in condo of any kind. You can be fined $200 for smoking *Do not burn candles or anything in condo * Make sure door to balcony door is closed when front door is open, otherwise the draft may slam a door and can be dangerous. *Kids under the age five are not allowed in the hot tub. This Bunk or Loft Bed Liability Acknowledgment and Waiver (“Waiver”) is hereby incorporated, as Unit-Specific Terms, into the Vacation Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) for rental of the vacation rental property specified in the Agreement (“Property”). Renter agrees to inform all other guests and persons accessing the Property (collectively, “Occupants”) of the terms of this Waiver, and to ensure that all Occupants understand and comply with the Waiver terms and take all necessary preventative measures to avoid loss or injury. The Property includes a bunk bed or loft bed accessible by a ladder (the “Bunk Bed”). Use of the Bunk Bed and ladder is inherently dangerous and may result in property damage, personal injury, or death due to the bed’s elevated height, the difficulty Occupants may have using the ladder to access the bed, and the possibility of collapse and entrapment. The Bunk Bed should be used with caution at all times and should be used for sleeping purposes only and not for play. Renter agrees to comply with all directions, rules, and limitations posted on the Bunk Bed or elsewhere. Children under the age of 6 and other Occupants who may be incapable of safely using the Bunk Bed or ladder may not use the upper bunk or loft bed or the access ladder. Renter understands and agrees that the ladder must be used to enter or exit the upper bunk or loft bed. The ladder may not be used for any other purpose. RENTER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT RENTER AND OCCUPANTS USE THE BUNK BED AND LADDER AT THEIR OWN RISK. RENTER AND OCCUPANTS HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING SUIT AGAINST, AND AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS, THE OWNER OR PROPERTY MANAGER, INCLUDING ANY PARENT, SUBSIDIARY, AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES, AND THEIR OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES (collectively, “Released Parties”) FOR AND FROM ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OF THE BUNK BED OR LADDER. NOTE: This is a No Pet facility. However the owners are allowed to have pets so you may see animals on the property. Note: The patio does face Walmart but you also have a partial gulf view. ****PLEASE USE SHOWERS NEAR POOL BEFORE ENTERING THE CONDO WITH SAND**** A $35 resort fee is required at The Victorian. (Paid upon check-in and valid for up to two weeks.) This will include your Parking Passes, Gates codes, and pool arm bands. Complimentary Wi-Fi and unassigned parking for two cars in the communal parking garage are provided. Street parking is permitted, but can be very costly. Pay Per Hour. A credit/debit card-operated laundry facility is available in the building. This single-level condo is located on the first floor. An elevator is available. ( however we are not responsible for maintenance, malfunctions, or non-operation, at the time of your visit.) For your Protection, the entrances/exits of this unit are monitored by a Security Camera.
