PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: This is a small, cozy space (approx. 462–478 sq ft)—similar to a tiny home or studio condo. It is perfect for couples or small groups who plan to be out enjoying the area. If you are looking for a larger, more spacious property, this may not be the best fit for you. NOTE: This is a NO Pet facility. However the owners are allowed to have pets so you may see animals on the property. If any guest has a pet on property the owner will be fined and the fee will be charged back to the guest. Note: The patio does face Walmart but you also have a partial gulf view. ****PLEASE USE SHOWERS NEAR POOL BEFORE ENTERING THE CONDO WITH SAND**** A $40 resort fee is required at The Victorian. (Paid upon check-in and valid for up to two weeks.) This will include your Parking Passes, Gates codes, and pool arm bands. This fee is a facility fee required by the Victorian for all guest to receive your codes to each amenity and wrist bands for the pools and hot tubs. Complimentary Wi-Fi and unassigned parking for two cars in the communal parking garage are provided. Street parking is permitted, but can be very costly. Pay Per Hour. A credit/debit card-operated laundry facility is available in the building. This single-level condo is located on the first floor. An elevator is available. ( however we are not responsible for maintenance, malfunctions, or non-operation, at the time of your visit.) For your Protection, the entrances/exits of this unit are monitored by a Security Camera.

Bring your bikes and enjoy 10 gorgeous miles of Seawall Blvd. You can head across the street for a day at the Beach. The fishing pier is only a 6-minute stroll. Walk to local restaurants and a supermarket, or drive 4 miles to the historic downtown "Strand" area. Discover thrills at Pleasure Pier and waterslides at Schlitterbahn Waterpark. Moody Gardens has an 18-hole course, tee off and practice your game. Maybe a nature tour at the East End Lagoon or an evening Haunted History tour, is in your plans. The front desk has all the information set aside for your pleasure. Galveston has dozens of great dine-out options for all budgets. Walk the Seawall or take the Trolley to the Strand and sample taffy at King’s Confectionery or stroll through the art galleries and boutiques.
