✓Special Check-in Note: Upon arrival at Casa Del Mar, the front desk will provide you with information about the amenities available on the property. They will also collect the Parking Registration fee of $25.00 plus tax per vehicle up to one week or $75.00 + tax per vehicle for up to 30 days. Only two vehicles per unit. However, if you get locked out of your condo, need to know which condo you’re in, or require assistance with accessing your unit, please contact your host directly. I will be providing you with all the necessary check-in instructions and am available to assist with any issues related to your stay. ✓Important Check-In Rule: If your check-in time is later than 7 PM, please note that the office may be closed. While office hours may extend during peak season to 10pm and special events, it’s always a good idea to plan ahead. If you think you will arrive after 7PM or after the office is closed you can call Our Courtesy Patrol Officer On Duty. The phone number is located on the front door of the office door. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free arrival! ✓ No door trash pick up. Please do not leave trash outside your door. The owner will be fined which will be passed on to the guest. ✓ Unassigned parking available for 2 cars in communal parking garage ✓ Minimum age for booking is 21 ✓ No pets allowed at the facility ✓ No smoking indoors; fines apply for violations ✓This single-level condo is located on the second floor. Two elevators are available.
