Yes, the condo is in a well-maintained, secure community. ➤ Is this home good for business travelers? Absolutely! Work desk, high-speed Wi-Fi and a peaceful atmosphere make it ideal for remote work. ➤ Is parking available? Yes, complimentary parking is included for one car. Car tag will be in condo in kitchen area. The second vehicle will need to purchase a special car tag in the office. The cost is $20.00 a day. This will be required during the peak season March 1st to Oct 1st.
House Rules
Please read all rules: *Service animals must be certified, animal will need to be leashed at all times and be with the owner at all times. *Do not clean any type of fish in the condo. *Give accurate number of guest staying in condo. Guest need to be 21 to book. *Absolutely No smoking in condo of any kind. You can be fined $200 for smoking *Do not burn candles or anything in condo * Make sure door to balcony is closed when front door is open, otherwise the draft may slam a door and can be dangerous. *The hot tub is for adults only. The hot tub is down sometimes for maintenance purposes. *The pool is not heated. * *All children under the age of 15 need to be accompanied by an adult at the pool. Kids age 15 and younger do not need to wear a wrist band. *Pool wrist bands to be worn by all guest over 15.

****2026 - ATTENTION POOL CLOSER PLEASE READ**** We wanted to inform you that the community pool will be temporarily closed for scheduled servicing and maintenance from February 23 through March 15. The hot tub will also be unavailable during this period, specifically from February 23 through March 9. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay and appreciate your understanding while we work to keep our facilities in top condition. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the front desk or property management. - PARKING: 🚗 No charge for the first vehicle. A parking pass is provided inside the condo; please place it on the dashboard when parking at the complex. Be sure to return it to the condo before departure. ⏺ March through the end of September 2025: The second car parking pass is $20/day. ⏺ Payment can be made by cash or credit card at the complex office to the onsite manager during office hours (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Sunday). ⏺ If you arrive after office hours, simply visit the office the next morning.
