Important Notice Regarding Potential Wildlife Encounters: Please be aware that as we're located in a natural setting, encounters with wildlife, including snakes, are possible. Please stay clear of the stand dunes. *No parties. *Very Important! Please keep all exterior doors closed at all times. . *Guest must be 24 years old to book. When returning from the beach make sure you rinse off before interring the house. *No bleach can be used in washing machine because of the septic tank. * Six vehicles is the max cars that can be on property. *No burning candles or anything in the house. *Give accurate number of guest staying in at the house. *No additional guest on property. *Be considerate of neighbors, keep noise level down after 10pm. * Put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn it on before check out. *On departure please place outside trash can at the end of driveway. * Absolutely no smoking in the house. You will receive a $200 fine *No pets. Any evidence of pets in the unit are subject to a fee of $250. *Please bring trash to the end of the driveway upon check out. Please read below BUNK OR LOFT BED LIABILITY ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND WAIVER This Bunk or Loft Bed Liability Acknowledgment and Waiver (“Waiver”) is hereby incorporated, as Unit- Specific Terms, into the Vacation Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) for rental of the vacation rental property specified in the Agreement (“Property”). Renter agrees to inform all other guests and persons accessing the Property (collectively, “Occupants”) of the terms of this Waiver, and to ensure that all Occupants understand and comply with the Waiver terms and take all necessary preventative measures to avoid loss or injury. This Property includes two bunk beds and one loft bed accessible by a ladder (the “Bunk Bed”). Use of the Bunk Bed and ladder is inherently dangerous and may result in property damage, personal injury, or death due to the bed’s elevated height, the difficulty Occupants may have using the ladder to access the bed, and the possibility of collapse and entrapment. The Bunk Bed should be used with caution at all times and should be used for sleeping purposes only and not for play. Renter agrees to comply with all directions, rules, and limitations posted on the Bunk Bed or elsewhere. Children under the age of 6 and other Occupants who may be incapable of safely using the Bunk Bed or ladder may not use the upper bunk or loft bed or the access ladder. Renter understands and agrees that the ladder must be used to enter or exit the upper bunk or loft bed. The ladder may not be used for any other purpose. RENTER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT RENTER AND OCCUPANTS USE THE BUNK BED AND LADDER AT THEIR OWN RISK. RENTER AND OCCUPANTS HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING SUIT AGAINST, AND AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS, THE HOMEOWNERS OR PROPERTY MANAGERS, INCLUDING ANY PARENT, SUBSIDIARY, AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES, AND THEIR OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES (collectively, “Released Parties”) FOR AND FROM ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OF THE BUNK BED OR LADDER Thank you!
