House Rules

GUEST RULES Some owners live in their condos full-time while others rent them out to guests. Please be courteous and respectful to owners and their guests. Our on-site security officers are available if they're needed. $10.00 A DAY FEE FOR PARKING AND USING THE PROPERTY AMENITIES. You can pay this fee once you arrive in the office on the first floor or in the elevator. In the elevator there is a QR code for you pay. You will need to go to the office for the wrist bands and codes for the pool area. SUPPLIES We only provide starter package. We provide two rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels and a sponge. We also provide dish soap, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. SMOKING Two other very important things to note as well: we cannot allow smoking in or near the condo. GUEST RULES Please be aware that there are multiple privately-owned condo units at The Victorian. Some owners live in their condos full-time while others rent them out to guests. Please be courteous and respectful to owners and their guests. Our on-site security officers are available if they're needed. Please read all rules: *2 small dogs (weight 25 lbs) are allowed. There is a $90.00 non refundable pet fee. If you ask in advance I can provide 2 pet bowls for your pet. *Do not clean any type of fish in the condo. *Give accurate number of guest staying in condo. Guest need to be 21 to book. *Absolutely No smoking in condo of any kind. You can be fined $200 for smoking *Do not burn candles or anything in condo * Make sure door to balcony is closed when front door is open, otherwise the draft may slam a door and can be dangerous. *Kids under the age five are not allowed in the hot tub. This Bunk or Loft Bed Liability Acknowledgment and Waiver (“Waiver”) is hereby incorporated, as Unit-Specific Terms, into the Vacation Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) for rental of the vacation rental property specified in the Agreement (“Property”). Renter agrees to inform all other guests and persons accessing the Property (collectively, “Occupants”) of the terms of this Waiver, and to ensure that all Occupants understand and comply with the Waiver terms and take all necessary preventative measures to avoid loss or injury. The Property includes a bunk bed or loft bed accessible by a ladder (the “Bunk Bed”). Use of the Bunk Bed and ladder is inherently dangerous and may result in property damage, personal injury, or death due to the bed’s elevated height, the difficulty Occupants may have using the ladder to access the bed, and the possibility of collapse and entrapment. The Bunk Bed should be used with caution at all times and should be used for sleeping purposes only and not for play. Renter agrees to comply with all directions, rules, and limitations posted on the Bunk Bed or elsewhere. Children under the age of 6 and other Occupants who may be incapable of safely using the Bunk Bed or ladder may not use the upper bunk or loft bed or the access ladder. Renter understands and agrees that the ladder must be used to enter or exit the upper bunk or loft bed. The ladder may not be used for any other purpose. RENTER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT RENTER AND OCCUPANTS USE THE BUNK BED AND LADDER AT THEIR OWN RISK. RENTER AND OCCUPANTS HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING SUIT AGAINST, AND AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS, THE OWNER OR PROPERTY MANAGER, INCLUDING ANY PARENT, SUBSIDIARY, AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES, AND THEIR OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES (collectively, “Released Parties”) FOR AND FROM ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OF THE BUNK BED OR LADDER Thank you for your cooperation ! This area of Galveston is quiet but yet not too far from the center of Galveston. This condo is approximately 7 miles or 17 minutes from the cruise ship terminals. Ask us about our 1 night stays. This condo is located directly across from the beach. Walmart is right next door and also walking distance too a few restaurants

It took Angie less than ten minutes to respond when I had trouble unlocking the door. The condo itself was great with just about everything you could think of. Angie even provided a little trolly to transport all of our beach equipment across the street to the seawall. The heated pool and multiple hot tubs came in clutch when the wind picked up and the temps dipped. I can’t wait to come back and relax in this little piece of paradise!!

Outstanding stay. It was a excellent view, wonderful atmosphere and a lovely setting. I really felt at peace and welcomed. Very clean and money well spent. Very quick response even when I won’t to check in a day early!

We genuinely enjoyed this stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing! We spent some time in the hot tub and saw people using the heated pool as well. We will definitely be back!
