There is a $90.00 non refundable pet deposit. • Bathroom: Well-appointed and stylish, designed with comfort in mind. Provided towels, small wash clothes, hand towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. • Additional Sleeping: Charming bunk beds in the hallway and a convenient sleeper sofa in the living area. Extra linens for the sleeper sofa. • Expansive Balcony: Offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico - and the pool —perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening sunset. • Contemporary Design: Fully transformed interior with a sleek, modern aesthetic that blends style and functionality. • Kitchen: Outfitted with modern cabinets, gleaming quartz countertops, and full-size appliances for easy meal prep and dining in. Appliances are stainless steel, with a Keurig, k-cups, creamer, and sweetener. We also supply olive oil and salt and pepper. Other amenities included dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, trash bags and one roll of paper towels. • Entertainment: Living area with a cozy atmosphere and a pull-out sleeper sofa for extra guest accommodations. We also supply a few beach towels for the guest. • Dedicated Wi-Fi and Smart TVs: Two smart TVs, each with its own Wi-Fi, for seamless streaming. 🚗 Paid Parking Only! 🚗 📍 Parking Notes: Please check in at the front desk upon arrival to pay for parking pass fees and pool access bands. 🏊♂️ ✅ All vehicles, including cars, trucks, and motorcycles, are required to have a Maravilla parking permit. 🚨 Important: Parking is first-come, first-served, and a parking permit does not guarantee a parking spot. ⚠️ Towing Alert: Any vehicle without a valid permit or with an expired permit may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. 🚫 💵 Parking Fee: The charge for a guest parking permit is $10 per day, plus sales tax, per vehicle. 🚫 No Trailers: Renters may not park trailers, including motorcycles, boats, jet skis, RVs, or utility trailers, on Maravilla property. 🚐 🏢 Office Hours: The office is open from 9 AM to 5 PM. This area of Galveston is quiet but yet not too far from the center of Galveston. This condo is approximately 7 miles or 17 minutes from the cruise ship terminals. Ask us about our 1 night stays. This condo is located directly across from the beach. Walmart is right next door and also walking distance too a few restaurants

Guest have access to the entire condo accept two locked owner closets. One located in the bathroom and in the hallway.
