After 2 weeks, the fee will be $80. 🏖️ 🚗 Parking: Unassigned parking is available for 2 cars in the communal parking garage. 🅿️ Street parking is available but can be costly. 🏙️ 🎉 Booking Policy: Minimum age for booking is 21. 🧳 🐾 No Pets Allowed: No pets are allowed in the facility. 🚫🐕 🚭 Smoking Policy: No smoking indoors; fines will apply for violations. 🚫💨 🏢 Condo Details: This is a single-level condo on the 2nd floor. 🏠 Elevator available but not guaranteed to work. We're not responsible for malfunctions during your stay. 🛗 There is one located in the front of the building and the back of the building. 🔒 Security: For your protection, entrances/exits of this unit are monitored by security cameras. 🎥 Important Notice: The Victorian Condominiums is currently undergoing exterior improvements in the central common areas. The work is not taking place near this unit and is not expected to create significant noise or disrupt your stay. We appreciate your understanding as the community continues these improvements.
