After 2 weeks, the fee will be $70. 🏖️ 🚗 Parking: Unassigned parking is available for 2 cars in the communal parking garage. 🅿️ Street parking is available but can be costly. 🏙️ 🎉 Booking Policy: Minimum age for booking is 21. 🧳 🐾 No Pets Allowed: No pets are allowed in the facility. 🚫🐕 🚭 Smoking Policy: No smoking indoors; fines will apply for violations. 🚫💨 🏢 Condo Details: This is a single-level condo on the 2nd floor. 🏠 Elevator available but not guaranteed to work. We're not responsible for malfunctions during your stay. 🛗 There is one located in the front of the building and the back of the building. 🔒 Security: For your protection, entrances/exits of this unit are monitored by security cameras. 🎥
